Refund policy

At Ginger Cottage, we are committed to providing high-quality beverages and exceptional service. Because our products are perishable and made fresh, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If your order was damaged during transit.

  • If you received an incorrect item.

  • If there was an error on our part in processing your order.

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once we begin preparing your order, cancellations are no longer possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
